Process transparency

How We Protect Print Quality, Step by Step.

Trust comes from knowing what happens before your order ships. Every PrintPack360 project follows a documented control route—from file review and material confirmation to in-process inspection and final packing.

The production control route

Seven points of visibility.

Each stage answers a different question. We do not move forward until the relevant information, approval, or inspection point has been addressed.

01Prepress review

Check the file before it becomes a production risk.

We review colour mode, bleed, trim, safety margins, resolution, fonts, and the confirmed specification. Questions are raised before production begins.

02Specification lock

Align the physical product with the approved brief.

Paper or board, grammage, binding, finishing, packaging, and quantity requirements are recorded so the production team works from one clear reference.

03Proof or sample

Confirm what needs tangible approval.

For colour-sensitive, premium, or structurally complex work, a digital proof or physical sample can be used to align content, layout, material, and finishing expectations.

04Press preparation

Set up for consistency, not just speed.

Press settings and colour references are prepared for the selected process. Pantone or other critical colour requirements are handled according to the confirmed project scope.

05In-process inspection

Inspect while the work can still be corrected.

During production, checks focus on colour consistency, binding, finishing, construction, and random samples—so issues can be identified early rather than after completion.

06Final quality control

Review the finished order before packing.

We check appearance, finishing, quantity, and packing readiness against the confirmed order details before approved goods move to shipment preparation.

07Packing and shipment

Protect and verify what leaves the factory.

Protective packing, carton labels, quantities, and shipment details are checked against the project requirements before dispatch.

Clear moments for decisions and questions.
