Whether you need product manuals, instruction booklets, or custom boxes, we are here to support your business from design to delivery.
General Questions
A: We are flexible! While 500-1000 units is the standard for most custom packaging to get the best unit price, we also support small trial orders (e.g., 50 units) for startups. Contact us to discuss your specific needs.
A: To give you an accurate price, please provide:
Product Type: (e.g., Gift Box, Manual, Label)
Size: Length x Width x Height
Material: (e.g., Cardboard, Corrugated, Coated Paper)
Quantity: The number of units you need
Printing: (e.g., CMYK, Pantone, Gold Foil)
Design File: If available (AI or PDF format)
Digital Sample: Free of charge (for checking layout/text).
Physical Sample: A hard copy to check material and structure. The sample fee is refundable if your bulk order exceeds a certain amount.
A: Samples: 3-5 working days.
Mass Production: 7-15 working days after design confirmation.
Note: Urgent orders can be expedited upon request.

A: Yes. We are committed to sustainability. We offer FSC-certified paper, recycled cardboard, and soy-based inks which are biodegradable. We can help your brand meet eco-friendly standards in the EU and US markets.
A: We operate under ISO 9001 quality management standards. Our materials are RoHS and REACH compliant, ensuring they are free from harmful substances and safe for global markets.
A: We have a strict QC process:
Material Inspection: Checking paper and ink before printing.
In-Process QC: Monitoring color and registration during printing.
Final Inspection: Random sampling before packing. We can also send you photos/videos of the production process for peace of mind.
A: Absolutely. We respect your intellectual property. We are happy to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to ensure your designs and artwork are never shared with third parties or used for other clients.
Solutions & Support
A: No problem! We have an in-house design team. Just send us your logo, text, and product dimensions. We can help with structural design (die-lines) and graphic layout for your boxes or manuals to ensure they look professional.
A: Yes, we offer a “Door-to-Door” service (DDP). We handle all shipping, customs clearance, and taxes. You just need to wait for the goods to arrive at your warehouse or office in the USA, Europe, or the Middle East.
A: We use the Pantone Matching System (PMS) for precise color accuracy. For strict color requirements, we recommend a “GMG Color Proof” before printing to simulate the final result 99% accurately.
A: We take full responsibility for our quality. If there are any defective items due to our error, we will either reprint and ship them for free or refund the corresponding amount. Your satisfaction is our priority.

A: Paper is sensitive to humidity. We recommend storing your boxes in a cool, dry place (humidity 40-60%) and keeping them on pallets rather than directly on concrete floors to prevent moisture absorption.
